· We are currently hiring 2-4 Business Development Representatives to join our team.

· Experience in the Business Development role is preferred BUT NOT a Requirement.

· Daily Requirements:

· Guiding consumers who reach out via email, text, or phone to the appropriate resources to answer their questions.

· Setting sales appointments for consumers who have inquired.

· Following up with sales & service customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with service and the communication they have received.

· Continued phone, email, & text follow-up with existing & inquiring customers to help guide them with their next vehicle decision.

· Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless transition from the online communication to the offline (in-store) experience.

· Work towards your individual and team goals and expectations.

· Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Retention Management) system to accurately convey all notes and communications with consumers.

· Must be 18 years or older

· Valid & clean Driver’s license

· Education: High School diploma or equivalent
